COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• HIGHLY COMPETITIVE PAY
• $15-22 per hour bonuses
• Starting wage depends on experience and abilities
• Hiring Bonus of $500
• Paid out quarterly for first 6 months
• Ability to Increase Weekly Pay by Selling Jobs and Earning Commissions
• Ability to Earn Special Project Pay - As much as $600/day

SCHEDULE

• Our success has been built on SPEED and QUALITY and largely dependent on the weather and where the jobs are at. Because of this, our crew members must be able to ADAPT TO A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE.
• This is NOT an 8a-5p job...flexibility is very important.
• Full-time and part-time positions available

CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Our Crews consist of 3 important positions:
• #1: Foreman
• #2: Righthand
• #3: Roller

The Crew Member is a position that is trained in a variety of skills and plays a key role in delivering our BRAND STANDARDS to each customer. Each Crew Member must be able to do ALL of the following:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Signing bonus

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
